Prevent head gasket failure on high‑power builds. These XR Series CA‑625 11mm direct‑replacement head studs fit Polaris XPT engines. Made by ARP from Custom Age 625 alloy for maximum strength. CA‑625 typically equals or exceeds the clamping force of ~2mm larger 8470 chromoly. Ideal where block material prevents upsizing studs. Keeps the head sealed for the boost needed to produce 300-400 horsepower.

• 11mm (stock) OD maximizes clamping without compromising block material
• ARP Custom Age 625 alloy with superior fatigue life, tensile strength and toughness; rated to 260,000 psi (typical 8470 chromoly ~170,000 psi)
• Machined ball end lets the stud bottom in the case without losing thread engagement
• Kit includes head studs, nuts, and washers for direct replacement
