How an Insurance Repair Estimate Works

  1. Open a claim. Take photos of the damage and call your insurance company. Your policy decides what's covered.
  2. Get the machine to us. Bring it to the shop, or have us pick it up.
  3. We write the estimate. We look over the damage and write the repair estimate your insurer needs.
  4. We fix it. Once your claim is approved, call the shop and we'll get the repair on the schedule.

Yes. We do repair work covered by extended warranties. Have your plan details handy when you call.

Can You Do Factory Warranty Work?

For Massimo, yes. We're warranty certified for Massimo, so Massimo owners can bring warranty work to us.

For other brands, factory warranty and recall work goes through a dealer for that brand. We're an independent shop, not a dealer. Once your machine is out of factory warranty, or the repair isn't covered, bring it to us.

Warranty on Parts We Sold or Installed

If a part we sold or installed fails, bring the claim to us and we handle the manufacturer's warranty process. Parts you supplied go through the manufacturer directly.
