Every repair, every parts order, and every straight answer at High Clearance UTV comes from the people on this page. We're a women-owned, family-operated side-by-side (SxS) parts and service shop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Real Riders providing Real Service.

Sam and Jonathon Jeck opened High Clearance UTV in July 2021, a few years after the family's first UTV turned weekend rides in the Ozarks into a way of life. The mission hasn't changed since day one: build lasting relationships through honesty, integrity, and reliability, one ride at a time.

The Owners

Samantha "Sam" Jeck

Owner/Operator

Sam runs the front of the shop: the counter, the phones, the orders, and most of the first conversations you'll have with us. She's the majority owner, and she built the customer side of the business on years of customer service experience. If you've called about a part or booked a repair, you've probably already talked to Sam.

Jonathon Jeck

Co-Owner

Jonathon leads the shop side with 20+ years of technical and mechanical experience. He's the one explaining what actually failed, what it'll take to fix it, and whether it's worth doing. When a build or repair rolls out of the bay, it meets his standard first.

Michael "Micca" Brown

Parts Advisor

Micca is one of the friendly faces that welcomes customers to High Clearance UTV. As a Parts Advisor, he's known for being approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find the right parts and accessories for your next adventure. His passion for the off-road industry and commitment to great customer service make him a valued member of our team.

When he's away from the shop, Micca enjoys playing baseball, creating projects with his 3D printer, relaxing around a campfire with a cold beverage, and hitting the trails in his 4-seat Kawasaki Teryx KRX with the rest of the High Clearance UTV crew.

Aidan Boren

Parts Advisor

Aidan is the youngest member of the High Clearance UTV team, but his ambition, positive attitude, and willingness to help make him an invaluable part of the shop. He's often the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through the door, ready to help with parts, answer questions, and keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time in the garage working on his own automotive projects, fishing, and hitting the trails. His enthusiasm for the off-road lifestyle and dedication to customer service make him a great fit for the High Clearance UTV family.

Technician

Andrew is an experienced technician whose passion for the off-road industry shows in every repair he completes. With extensive knowledge of powersports repairs, he takes pride in accurately diagnosing problems and getting you back on the trail with confidence. As a motocross, SxS, and ATV enthusiast himself, Andrew understands firsthand what riders expect from their machines and the importance of dependable workmanship.

Outside of the shop, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, camping, and joining the High Clearance UTV team at off-road events.

Technician

Brandon is our longest-standing team member and a valued part of the High Clearance UTV family. Known for always having a smile on his face and taking pride in every repair, he's dedicated to quality workmanship and service you can count on.

When he's not in the shop, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, hitting the trails with our team, camping, and fishing. His positive attitude and passion for the off-road lifestyle make him an integral part of who we are at High Clearance UTV.

Technician

Chris brings years of experience to our team, with a background as both a technician and a service writer. That well-rounded experience means quality repair work, explained in plain language.

Outside the shop, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and canoeing. We're glad to have him on the team, and you'll appreciate the knowledge and dedication he brings to every job.

The whole crew is at 1208 W Cato Springs Rd., Fayetteville, AR 72701. We're open Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 6pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.
