Every repair, every parts order, and every straight answer at High Clearance UTV comes from the people on this page. We're a women-owned, family-operated side-by-side (SxS) parts and service shop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Real Riders providing Real Service.

Sam and Jonathon Jeck opened High Clearance UTV in July 2021, a few years after the family's first UTV turned weekend rides in the Ozarks into a way of life. The mission hasn't changed since day one: build lasting relationships through honesty, integrity, and reliability, one ride at a time.

The Owners

Samantha "Sam" Jeck

Owner

Sam is the majority owner, and she runs the side of the business you don't see. Every social media post, the schedule of events the shop shows up to, and all the accounting and bookkeeping come from her. She works mostly from home these days. Her background is customer service, so when something needs an owner to sort it out, she's the one who calls.

Jonathon "Jon" Jeck

Co-Owner

Jon leads the shop side with 20+ years of technical and mechanical experience. He's the one explaining what actually failed, what it'll take to fix it, and whether it's worth doing. When a build or repair rolls out of the bay, it meets his standard first.

Parts Advisor

Micca is one of the friendly faces that welcomes customers to High Clearance UTV. As a Parts Advisor, he's known for being approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find the right parts and accessories for your next adventure. His passion for the off-road industry and commitment to great customer service make him a valued member of our team.

When he's away from the shop, Micca is usually outside: hunting at his family's cabin, playing baseball, or relaxing around a campfire with a cold beverage. He also builds projects on his 3D printer and hits the trails in his 4-seat Kawasaki Teryx KRX with the rest of the High Clearance UTV crew.

Aidan Boren

Parts Advisor

Aidan is the youngest member of the High Clearance UTV team, but his ambition, positive attitude, and willingness to help make him an invaluable part of the shop. He's often the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through the door, ready to help with parts, answer questions, and keep things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time in the garage working on his own automotive projects, fishing, and hitting the trails. His enthusiasm for the off-road lifestyle and dedication to customer service make him a great fit for the High Clearance UTV family.

Technician

Brandon is our longest-standing team member and a valued part of the High Clearance UTV family. Known for always having a smile on his face and taking pride in every repair, he's dedicated to quality workmanship and service you can count on.

When he's not in the shop, Brandon is with his family, out camping and fishing, or on the trails with our team. Gaming fills the time in between.

His positive attitude and passion for the off-road lifestyle make him an integral part of who we are at High Clearance UTV.

Technician

Chris brings years of experience to our team, with a background as both a technician and a service writer. That well-rounded experience means quality repair work, explained in plain language.

Outside the shop, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and canoeing. We're glad to have him on the team, and you'll appreciate the knowledge and dedication he brings to every job.

Family

Alaina "Jamz" Jeck

Alaina is Sam and Jon's daughter, and she's been around this business since before it was a business. She helped paint the walls and lay the flooring while her parents built out the showroom, and she is there setting up and tearing down at off-road events.

She races, too. Alaina competes in UTV events and rides the same trails the rest of the family does. On the track or off it, the off-road world is home for her.

The whole crew is at 1208 W Cato Springs Rd., Fayetteville, AR 72701. We're open Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 6pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.
