DESCRIPTION

Stock and tuned Polaris Xpeditions (wet weight ranging from just over 2,000 pounds (XP Premium) to upwards of 2,800 pounds (ADV 5 NorthStar)) expose weaknesses in the OEM clutch: poor power transfer, limited belt grip, trouble reaching proper RPM, and noisy shifting.

The EVP Shift-Tek Ultimate Clutch Kit addresses these issues by adding weight to the primary via adjustable non-notched clutch arms for smoother RPM gains, more consistent top-end speed, and crisper acceleration. The EVP Progressive Helix increases secondary belt grip for stronger, more responsive acceleration and smoother back shifts.
