DESCRIPTION

The EVP H2 HFI intake improves supercharger inlet airflow and pressure recovery through optimized airflow management.

• Maximize airflow efficiency — increased filter surface area to lower restriction while retaining filtration.
• Use high-pressure air — inlet placed in a true high-pressure zone, avoiding low-pressure areas that lower compressor inlet pressure.
• Clean, controlled flow — reduces turbulence and evens flow entering the supercharger.

Engineered airflow: Includes a billet, port-matched velocity stack to smooth transition into the compressor and increase pre-compressor air velocity.

Purpose-built: Designed for maximum performance and aggressive styling. Expect increased intake sound versus OEM.

Intended use: Real-world off-road environments. Safe for water/mud levels that creep just above the belly pan. Not intended for deep water crossings or mud bogging.

Why silicone over carbon fiber

• Carbon can crack from a rock strike.
• Debris ingestion can damage the supercharger or engine quickly.
• Silicone absorbs impact and resists failure under extreme abuse.

More connections = more failure points

• Carbon systems need multiple joints and clamps.
• Each connection adds potential leaks or separation points.
• EVP silicone design minimizes connections for greater reliability.

Rigidity is a liability

• Carbon fiber does not flex with chassis movement or vibration, raising failure risk in harsh terrain.
• Silicone flexes with the vehicle to maintain a secure, sealed system.

Details include a sight glass, powder-coated metal structure, and an above-fender high-pressure intake duct for both function and appearance.
