Evolution Powersports was first to design a Blow Off Valve (BOV) for small-displacement factory turbo engines. Most BOVs are automotive designs and have different spring rates and flow needs than powersports engines.

• Prevents compressor surge during rapid throttle closures
• Simple install — no drilling required
• Body, piston, and cap machined from billet aluminum
• Cap anodized and re-machined for easy spring adjustment
• Piston and body hard-coated with impregnated Teflon anti-friction matrix
• Three sealing O-rings for leak-proof operation
• Produces the characteristic BOV sound
• Includes a pre-filter to keep dirt and sand out of the exhaust ports

Requirements: Maverick X3 Turbo requires EVP (or other) charge tubes with a 25mm BOV port. Related charge tube options:
