DESCRIPTION
WORLD'S BEST (WB) BELTS
- Manufacturing and quality certifications: ISO-14001, ISO-9001, IATF-16949
- 3rd‑generation heavy‑duty, high‑twist Aramid Fiber cord for high tensile loads
- Higher shock load rating; rated to withstand the power of 400hp machines
- Top cog pressure design increases sidewall rigidity and prevents top‑cog bowing while allowing rotational flexibility
- Bottom cog uses BZX1 high‑modulus rubber for improved heat resistance and dissipation
- Bottom cog impregnated with short Aramid Fibers for better sheave adhesion and lower belt temperature
- Updated bottom cog geometry for greater rotational efficiency at full shift
- Precision ground sidewall angle (scuffing) for smoother engagement and lower operating temperature
- Aramid cord wraps over bottom cogs (vs polyester) for increased bottom‑cog strength and cord pop‑out resistance
EXTREME (EX) BELTS:
- DUMAX high‑temperature compound for strength, flexibility, and heat resistance
- Ultra‑strong Aramid Fiber cord capable of carrying more than 10,000 pounds of tension
- Higher strength than typical OEM/aftermarket belts and improved belt squeeze for tuning and reduced slippage
- Maximum under‑cord stiffness for efficient flexing and cooler running
- Designed for high temps, extreme abuse, and heavy shock load
Fitment
Can Am:
2017+ X3 Maverick / X3 MAX / X3 900 All Models
