DESCRIPTION

PLEASE NOTE: The EVP Pro R Catch Can Kit is currently only available for RZR Pro R's equipped with an EVP P54 Turbo System. Non-turbo Catch Can kits will be available soon.

Purpose: Captures oil, moisture and combustion byproducts from crankcase ventilation to prevent contamination of the turbo compressor, charge tubes, intercooler and intake valves. It also helps maintain effective fuel octane and knock protection.

Design & installation: CNC-machined billet aluminum separator mounts to the frame rail above the clutch housing. The OEM crankcase vent hose is rerouted to the separator. The internal baffle regulates flow and improves separation.

• Perforated stainless steel internal baffle and additional stainless screen to condense and trap oil vapor.
• Includes cleanable filter element and pre-filter.
• New petcock-style bottom drain for mess-free emptying.
• Silicone cap to block the intake boot breather port.
• Powder-coated black body, stainless hardware; billet cap removable and clockable in 45-degree increments for flexible mounting and cleaning.

• Integrated perforated stainless steel baffle to reduce syphoning.
• Additional stainless steel screen packing for better separation.
• New petcock-style release valve for easy, clean draining.

Existing features:

• Machined from a solid block of 6160-T6 aluminum with integrated frame mount.
• Ships ready to mount on the RZR frame; cap rotates in 45-degree increments for alternate orientations.
• Reuses OEM crankcase vent hose and includes a billet anodized oil fill cap/port.
• Prevents oil/moisture from contaminating induction components; filter and pre-filter are cleanable.
• Thumbscrew/petcock drain; stainless hardware; handcrafted in the USA.
