• ST-205 — 190-205 HP — SAND OR TRAIL
• ST-220 — 205-220 HP — SAND OR TRAIL
• ST-235 — 225-235 HP — SAND OR TRAIL
• ST-260 — 235-260 HP — SAND OR TRAIL
• ST-280 — 250-280 HP — SAND OR TRAIL
• ST-325 — 310-325 HP — SAND OR TRAIL

All Kits Include:

• Primary spring
• Six arm weights
• Billet adjustable helix with billet bearing housing
• Non-marring tip for OEM belt tool
• EVP helix wrench and secondary holder tool

Components allow both trail and sand setups via broad adjustability. Instructions included. EVP offers weight trade-ins for tuning; customer pays shipping both ways.

THE EVP DIFFERENCE

Clutch Weights

• Hardened carbon steel construction.
• Color zinc coating for protection and identification.
• Color coding keeps paired weights balanced when installed opposite one another.
• Built-in shouldered bushing eliminates reinstalling OEM washers.
• More aggressive arc than OEM for quicker upshift and backshift; thin tips except big turbo apps.

Billet Helix / Bearing Housing

• Allows spring-tension adjustment without disassembly, changing operating rpm by clocking the bearing housing relative to the helix.
• Adjusts in 10 degree increments by loosening outer socket screws and rotating to recessed bolt locations.
• Provides 90 degrees of spring-tension range and up to 400 rpm of adjustment via bearing cap rotation.
• Integrated bushing increased by 30% for better sheave parallelism, belt grip and belt life.

Clutch Springs

• Chrome silicon springs, shot peened and preset; matched to weights/kits to deliver intended engagement RPMs.

Bearing housing boss uses an inverted cone to eject sand, dirt and water from sliding surfaces. Components tested in sandy/dusty conditions, but always run with clutch cover installed.

DEVELOPMENT

Shift-Tek kits were race tested in the 2019 & 2020 BITD and Lucas Off-Road series with podiums and championships. A BITD Vegas to Reno race car completed the event on the same EVP World's Best Belt. Kits were also tested in Glamis, Dumont, Little Sahara and St. Anthony for durability and belt life.
