Stock HD9 is detuned vs HD10 (65 Hp vs 82 HP).
- Rev limit raised to 8800 RPM
- Removes OEM throttle limitation for full 100% throttle
- Torque limits increased
- Cooling optimized; fans engage earlier
- Improved throttle settings
- Speed limiter removed
- Optimized fueling and ignition
