DESCRIPTION
Maptuner ECU power flash for Polaris RZR XP Turbo/Turbo S without Fuel Pump Control Module. Multiple tune stages available for stock or big injector setups.
Stock injector stages
- Stock — Fuel: 91; Boost: 16; WHP: 152; Crank HP (approx.): 168; Required: N/A
- Stage 2-91 — Fuel: 91; Boost: 17.5; WHP: 162; Crank HP: 180; Required: N/A
- Stage 3-93 — Fuel: 93; Boost: 18.5; WHP: 166; Crank HP: 185; Required: Gap Spark Plus to .018 or purchase pre-gapped plugs
- Stage 4-96 — Fuel: 96; Boost: 20; WHP: 169; Crank HP: 189; Required: Gap Spark Plus to .018 or purchase pre-gapped plugs
STOCK INJECTOR NOTE: Stage 3-93 and up require spark plugs gapped to .018 or EVP PRE-GAPPED PLUGS.

- STAGE 3RWi-93 — Fuel: 93; Boost: 18.5; Crack Pressure: 8 PSI; WHP: 166; Crank HP: 185; Includes: 1300cc Injectors, Wastegate Actuator
- STAGE 4RWi-96 — Fuel: 96; Boost: 20; Crack Pressure: 8 PSI; WHP: 168; Crank HP: 188; Includes: 1300cc Injectors, Wastegate Actuator
- STAGE 5RWi-X85 — Fuel: E85; Boost: 20; Crack Pressure: 8 PSI; WHP: 176; Crank HP: 196; Includes: 1300cc Injectors, Wastegate Actuator
BIG INJECTOR NOTE: Big Injector tunes include EVP 1300cc injectors and EVP wastegate actuator. They also require upgraded hardware such as a BOV or BRV, charge tubes, high-flow exhaust, clutching, gapped spark plugs, EVP V-Flow intake and EVP silicone intake boot, and a quality drive belt.
Recommended upgrades: EVP silicone charge tubes and V-Flow intake (OEM plastic is prone to blowouts). Also consider BOV/BRV, high-flow exhaust, clutch kit and proper spark plugs.

- Significant wheel horsepower gains
- Raised speed and rev limiters (high & low gear)
- Increased torque limits and improved boost response
- Lower fan temperature thresholds to help coolant temps
- Improved low-to-mid power and more aggressive throttle response
- Left-foot braking enabled; fueling corrected (no extra controllers required)
- Big Injector tunes include EVP 1300CC injectors (set of 2) and EVP wastegate actuator
