DESCRIPTION

EVP dynoed and tuned the RS1 to increase power by adjusting timing, fueling, torque limits, rev limits, and speed limits. Fan-on temperature was lowered by 20 deg F and can be set per customer. EVP applied its Polaris Bosch ECU expertise to the 1000/900/925T engines to improve drivability.

• Revised decel fueling to eliminate lean pop with aftermarket exhausts
• Raised rev limiters
• 100% throttle available
• Improved throttle response (e-gas settings)
• Ignition timing advanced for 91 octane
• Fueling adjusted for intakes, exhausts, and cat deletes
• No piggyback fuel controller needed for most bolt-ons (owner must ensure compatibility)
• Engine speed torque limiters removed ("Shaft Saver delete")
• Vmax delete (speed limiter removed)
