DESCRIPTION

EVP was first to dyno and tune the RS1. Gains were made via timing, fueling, torque-limit changes, rev limits, and speed limits. Fan-on temperature is lowered by 20 deg F and fan on/off temps can be set per customer. EVP applies Polaris Bosch ECU expertise from automotive work to the SXS market.

• Revised decel fueling to remove lean pop with aftermarket exhausts

• 100% throttle enabled
• Improved throttle response in all modes (E-Gas settings)
• Ignition timing advanced and optimized for 91 Octane
• Fueling adjusted for intakes, exhausts, and cat deletes
• Usually no piggyback fuel controller required (mods must be compatible)
• Engine speed torque limiters removed ("Shaft Saver delete")
• Vmax delete (speed limiter removed)
