EVP was first to dyno and tune the Polaris RS1. Gains come from timing, fueling, torque-limit, rev and speed limit changes. We also lower the fan-on temperature by 20 deg F and can set fan on/off temps per customer.
- Revised decel fueling to remove lean pop with aftermarket exhausts
- Raised rev limiters
- 100% throttle available
- Improved throttle response (E-Gas settings)
- Ignition timing optimized for 91 octane
- Fueling adjusted for intakes, exhausts, and cat deletes
- No piggyback fuel controller needed for most bolt-on mods (customer must ensure compatibility)
- Engine speed torque limiters removed ("Shaft Saver delete")
- Vmax delete (speed limiter removed)
