RZR parts don't swap freely between generations, so start with your model and then check the year range on the listing. Four-seat versions are in the same rows, but some parts, like fuel tanks and spring kits, come in separate 2-seat and 4-seat versions.

• RZR Pro R (2022+): Many of its clutch, exhaust, and gasket parts are Pro R only, so don't assume a Pro XP part fits. Check the listing.
• RZR Pro XP (2020+): Many intake, exhaust, and ECU flash parts are listed for the Pro XP, Turbo R, and Pro S together.
• RZR Turbo R (2022 to 2024) and Pro S (2025+): Many listings name both machines. Many of those parts also fit the Pro XP.
• RZR XP 1000 (2014+): Polaris redesigned the RZR XP for 2024. Exhaust, intake tube, gasket, and clutch fan parts are listed separately for pre-2024 and 2024+ machines.
• RZR XP Turbo and Turbo S (2016 to 2021): ECU flashes are split by year range and fuel system setup. Send us your VIN and we'll match the right one.
• RZR 170, 200, 570, 800, 900, S 1000, and RS1: Coverage varies by model, from a drive belt for the RZR 170 to axles, bearing kits, exhaust, and ECU flashes for the RS1. Each part is listed by model and year.

RZR parts and accessories we stock

At High Clearance UTV, most of our RZR lineup is parts and performance upgrades. On the accessory side, that means lighting, turn signals, radio kits, dash mounts, storage panels, and bumpers. Full doors, roofs, and windshields aren't stocked for RZRs right now. If you're building an XP 1000 and want to know what to do first, start with our best first upgrades for a Polaris RZR XP 1000.

• Axles and drivetrain: All Balls 6 Ball and 8 Ball UTV axles, plus prop shafts and differential kits.
• Suspension: Our UTV suspension parts for RZRs include Fox shocks, ZBROZ spring kits, CA Technologies radius rods and control arms, and All Balls bushing and tie rod kits.
• Clutching and belts: EVP, STM, and RPM SXS clutch parts, plus Dayco, Ultimax, All Balls, and EVP drive belts.
• Exhaust and intake: RPM SXS, EVP, Treal Performance, MBRP, and SLP exhaust systems, plus RPM SXS and EVP silicone intake tubes.
• Lighting and turn signals: RAVEK running lights, brake lights, and turn signal kits from our UTV lighting lineup, plus XTC Power Products turn signal systems.
• Radios and dash mounts: Complete UTV radio kits with a GMRS or VHF radio and a Bluetooth intercom, plus model-specific dash mounts.
• Brakes, fuel, storage, and protection: Wilwood brake kits, RPM SXS and EVP auxiliary fuel tanks, RAVEK storage panels and armrest pouches, and CA Technologies bumpers and pull plates.

Will this part fit my RZR?

Check two things on the listing: the model and the year range. RZR generations often take different parts even when the model names sound close. If you're not sure, call 815-953-9346 with your VIN and someone at the parts counter will check it.

Do I need a clutch kit if I put bigger tires on my RZR?

Often, yes. Bigger tires and lift kits change clutching, belt life, and CV axle angles. Plan for a clutch kit and heavier axles at the same time as the tires, not after the first belt lets go.

Will an aftermarket exhaust or ECU flash void my warranty?

It can affect coverage. Polaris and your dealer decide what's covered, so ask before you install an exhaust or flash the ECU on a machine still under warranty. Most public riding areas also require a spark arrestor and set sound limits.

Will a turn signal kit make my RZR street legal?

Not by itself. Street-legal rules for UTVs vary by state and county, and a turn signal kit covers only part of what most places require. Check your state and county rules before you buy.

Do I need a license for the GMRS radio kits?

Yes. The FCC requires a license to operate on General Mobile Radio Service (GMRS) frequencies. Check the FCC's current fee before you apply.

Can you install it for me?
