Description
DESCRIPTION
Recommended for EVP.Mode Spec TAPP primary clutches calibrated for 400+ HP Can‑Am Maverick X3s.
Use the slightly longer WBB112 belt (vs OEM WBB383) for 400+ HP X3s used in drag racing. The longer length helps prevent the OEM belt from bottoming out on the secondary helix or tearing during aggressive launches. The XR Race Series belt builds on the EVP BADASS lineup.
- Larger Kevlar cord with custom braid for shock absorption and reduced cord pop‑out
- Two premium high‑modulus compounds vulcanized to bond layers around the cord
- Impregnated with short Aramid fibers for heat resistance and improved belt‑to‑sheave adhesion
- Load tested to withstand up to 600 hp
Additional features:
- Race proven construction
- Manufacturing certifications: ISO‑14001, ISO‑9001, IATF‑16949
- Higher top‑cog pressure load for improved sidewall rigidity and reduced bowing
- Bottom cog uses high‑modulus rubber compound (BZX1) and is impregnated with Aramid fibers
- Precision ground sidewall angle for smoother engagement and lower operating temperature
- Kevlar cord wraps over bottom cogs for added cord retention
