DESCRIPTION
ECU power flash for 2017-'21 Polaris RZR XP Turbo & Turbo S models without Fuel Pump Control Module. Multiple tune stages for stock and big-injector setups. Select stock or big injector package when ordering.
Stock injector stages
- Stock: 91 octane — Boost 16 — WHP 152 — Crank HP 168 — Required: N/A
- Stage 2-91: 91 octane — Boost 17.5 — WHP 162 — Crank HP 180 — Required: N/A
- Stage 3-93: 93 octane — Boost 18.5 — WHP 166 — Crank HP 185 — Required: gap spark plugs to .018 or use EVP PRE-GAPPED PLUGS
- Stage 4-96: 96 octane — Boost 20 — WHP 169 — Crank HP 189 — Required: gap spark plugs to .018 or use EVP PRE-GAPPED PLUGS

Notes:
- Stock injector: Stage 3-93 and up require spark plugs gapped to .018 or EVP pre-gapped plugs (link).
- Big injector tunes include the EVP 1300CC injectors and EVP wastegate actuator. Additional recommended upgrades: BOV or BRV, silicone charge tubes, high-flow exhaust, clutching, gapped spark plugs, EVP V-Flow intake, EVP silicone intake boot, and World's Best Belt.
Recommended upgrades
EVP Silicone Charge Tubes and V-Flow Intake are strongly recommended due to OEM plastic charge-tube failures.
Tune features
- Increased wheel horsepower
- Raised speed and rev limiters (high and low gear)
- Raised torque limits for better response
- Lower fan temperature settings to reduce coolant temps
- Improved boost response and low-to-mid power
- Left-foot braking enabled
- Corrected fueling — no extra controllers required
- More aggressive throttle response
If you purchased an EVP tune previously for XP Turbo/Turbo S without FPCM, revised tunes are available free. Big Injector customers must purchase the upgraded 1300cc injectors and wastegate actuator if their older injectors are incompatible.
