DESCRIPTION

Evolution Powersports programming for the Polaris GENERAL increases wheel horsepower: ~4 whp stock and ~9 whp with intake & exhaust. We adjust timing, fueling, torque limits, revs and speed limits. Fan-on temperature is lowered 20 Deg F and can be customized per customer.

• Rev limiters raised to 9200 (high & low)
• Improved throttle response in all modes; 100% throttle in both gears
• Ignition timing advanced for 91 octane
• Speed limits: high gear 75 → 95 mph; low gear 44 → 60 mph
• Fueling tuned for aftermarket intakes, exhausts and cat deletes
• No piggyback fuel controller needed for most bolt-on mods
• Torque limiters removed ("Shaft Saver delete")
• Cooling fan on temp lowered 20 Deg F; adjustable
• Future tune upgrades: pay tune difference plus shipping
